The EMS-BGF offers end-to-end service provisioning for a host of low bit rate services including E1 (framed/unframed), DS3 and E3, POTS and VF interfaces, V24, N x 64 kbps, V.35 and Ethernet LAN. Consolidation and grooming are achieved using 4/3/1 and 1/0 cross-connects remotely provisioned by the EMS.
