It allows complete access to ECI Telecom's support center, and is available around the clock. If you have a support agreement, this site has been created especially for you, providing you with a dedicated, online customer support, as part of the full package of the Professional Services we offer.
Through the Customer Support Center, we offer you two advanced applications:
Cases Application: using this application, you can create new cases, quickly browse through open
cases, perform searches, add notes to open cases, close cases, and update your profile details.
Return Material Authorization (RMA) Application: using this application, you will be able to view your
repair orders and track each unit in repair. You will be able to open a new repair request (RMA),
get an online confirmation of your RMA, and update your profile details.
