All-Native Multiservice Packet Optical Transport System

Carrier-class, All-Native multiservice packet optical transport system, offering high-capacity, cost-effective aggregation and delivery of TDM and Ethernet/MPLS services

The XDM-2000 is a converged All-Native multiservice packet optical platform optimized for metro networks that offers unique convergence of SDH/SONET, ATM, Carrier Ethernet, MPLS, and All-Range WDM OTN on a single platform that’s topology neutral.
Supporting a full scale of Ethernet/MPLS and TDM services, accompanied with advanced WDM functionality, the XDM-2000 is part of ECI’s 1Net framework supporting smooth and cost-effective transition from TDM to packet in high-capacity metro sites.
The XDM-2000 fits a broad range of applications including wireless backhaul, carrier-of-carriers, MSOs and residential triple play.

Versatile and comprehensive: attractive combination of cost-effective and high
performance carrier-class Ethernet/MPLS, SDH/SONET, ATM and WDM OTN
services with a highly adaptable build-as-you-grow architecture, allowing for
fast and cost-effective roll out of multiple services over multiple transport
     technologies
Simple and efficient day-to-day operations: offering ECI’s Hybrid+, All-Native
approach  for native handling of both TDM and Ethernet, avoiding cumbersome
     and costly encapsulation schemes
High Capacity: meeting the growing demand for bandwidth and functionality in
     metro sites
