    Element Management System
    A cost-effective, comprehensive element management and provisioning system for next-generation Carrier Ethernet networks​​
     

    With simple yet powerful tools, STMS offers full EMS functionality.  It includes intelligent fault management, not only running a list of alarms, but also automatically removing resolved conditions, keeping operators focused on open items. STMS’s easy-to-use GUI-based interface helps ensure management and provisioning of Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (OAM) protocols simultaneously with services. STMS operates with LightSoft, or with any generic network management system.

    Fast resolution: System allows operator with nominal training to troubleshoot
         service issues and resolve problems. Alarm storms are prevented by reducing
         the number of alarms sent
    Consistency: Allows services to be defined consistently for the entire network,
