Itzik Zion serves as Executive Vice President and CFO of ECI, a position he has held since June 2007. He brings to ECI more than 15 years experience in management, finance and accounting. Prior to ECI, he was CFO of Motorola Israel, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Inc., one of the world’s leading telecommunications companies. Before Motorola, Mr. Zion held the position of Vice President and CFO of The Challenge Funds – Etgar L.P., managing funds totaling $200 million. Previous to The Challenge Funds, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of Super-Sol Ltd., one of the largest retail companies in Israel. Mr. Zion has also served as CFO of new Dimension Software, helping to manage the company’s major turnaround, until it was acquired by BMC Software in 1999. Mr. Zion is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
