Eran Talmon was appointed General Manager of the Global Services Division (GSD) in January 2008, after leading the Solutions team within the Strategy Organization ( CSO) at ECI. Mr. Talmon brings more than 25 years of experience in various senior positions in the hi-tech and IT industries globally. Prior to joining ECI in 2006, he was Vice President of Customer Care and Billing Systems at Amdocs, and previous to that, held several sales & support positions at IBM Israel. Prior to IBM, Mr. Talmon led software development teams for a government entity. Mr. Talmon holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Information Systems from the Tel Aviv University.
