By submitting material to any of our servers, for example, by e-mail or via the ECI Web Site, you agree that: (i) the material will not contain any item that is unlawful or otherwise unfit for publication; (ii) you will use reasonable efforts to scan and remove any viruses or other contaminating or destructive features before submitting any material; and (iii) you own the material or have the unlimited right to provide it to ECI and ECI may publish the material free of charge and/or incorporate it or any concepts described in it in ECI products without accountability or liability (iv) you agree not to take action against ECI in relation to material that you submit and you agree to indemnify us if any third party takes action against us in relation to the material you submit.

ECI does not and cannot review the content posted by users on the Web Site and is not responsible for such content. ECI may at any time at its discretion remove any content posted by users.

Except as specifically noted above, no right or license is granted to you under any copyright, patent, trademark or other intellectual property law to use, copy, reproduce, retransmit, display or create derivative works from materials

By accessing or visiting the Web Site, you expressly agree that the laws of Israel shall govern the Terms. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claim, dispute, or cause of action with ECI, or relating in any way to the Web Site or your use of the Web Site, reside in the courts located in Tel-Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

ECI PRIVACY POLICY

ECI is committed to honoring the privacy and security of visitors to its Web Sites

When you submit a request or electronically pass information to ECI you are sometimes asked to provide certain information, including, but not limited to, your name, title, company, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address and line of business. We ask for this personally identifiable information in order to facilitate your requests, provide personalized service and communicate separately with you. Except as otherwise set forth herein, we do not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information with any third parties outside of ECI.

Because we rely on third party commercial software and programs to operate our servers, we may inadvertently collect personal information due to certain automatic functions or features contained in such software or due to certain software changes or upgrades. We will use reasonable efforts to remove any such information after we discover such information in our system. ECI Web Site do not target and is not intended to attract children under the age of 13. ECI does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 or send them requests for personal information.

By visiting the Web Site, you signify your assent to the terms of ECI’ privacy policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not use the Web Site. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this privacy policy at any time. Your continued use of the Web Site following the posting of changes to these terms means you accept these changes.

ECI take security very seriously. However, due to the open communication nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and ECI, and ECI and you, will be free from unauthorized access by third parties. Users of the Web Site use the Web Site at their own risk.
