ST's required were for one vendor to build-operate and manage this new network, providing ST with expertise, management tools and leading operations capabilities
Solution:
ECI will provide a one-stop shop for ST's optical and access network needs, implementing and managing the entire network, while providing a high-level of Service Level Agreement (SLA) for all operations within a very secure environment. ECI will supply its leading XDM® and BroadGate® MultiService Provisioning Platforms, its Hi-FOCuS™ MultiService Access Node, and the LightSoft® Network Management System, delivering a comprehensive access to metro core network solution.
Results:
The investment in the new network platform and services will enable ST to expand its value-added service offerings, increase revenue and reduce operational costs,allowing them to focus on their growing business.ECI will be responsible for the on-going new network support and implementation starting from the planning, design and delivery, through the rollout of the project, migration of the networks and deployment. Following the implementation phase, ECI will provide full support of the network management, including Network Operations Center (NOC), maintenance and field services.
